As the founder of RS Maintenance, a thriving UK-based contracting business in the HGV, bus, and automation sectors, Ryan has built a reputation for delivering exceptional results and supplying high-quality talent to some of the industry’s leading organisations.

With deep, hands-on experience in the automotive field, Ryan has developed the ability to vet, train, and qualify engineers to perform at the highest standards from day one. His commitment to excellence has led him to create technical training guides adopted by companies across the UK, helping to upskill teams and support the long-term career growth of hundreds of engineers.

Highly respected across the UK automotive sector, Ryan is now expanding his impact internationally. Through RL Talent Solutions, he is bringing his expertise to the UAE—contributing to the future of employment by identifying, developing, and placing the next generation of engineering talent.

Liam is a dynamic entrepreneur with a passion for design, business growth, and international opportunity. Originally moving to Dubai to pursue a career in real estate, Liam quickly adapted to the fast-paced environment and developed a deep understanding of the local market.

Driven by a desire to expand his skill set, he returned to the UK to complete a degree in design—an experience that not only sharpened his creative abilities but also gave him the chance to collaborate with and support several small business owners, helping them scale and thrive.

Now back in Dubai, Liam is beginning a new chapter, combining his design expertise, business insight, and global perspective to pursue fresh opportunities and make a lasting impact.
